Each piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size or personal preference.
We only accept returns within 14 calendar days if the item has a manufacturing defect, misprint, or embroidery error.

Care Instructions

To keep your Mestix pieces looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care guidelines:

- Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints or embroidery.

- Wash in cold or low-temperature water (max. 86 °F / 30 °C) to prevent shrinking or fading.

- Avoid tumble drying; air drying helps maintain shape and color.

- Do not iron directly on the design. Iron inside out or place a cloth over it if needed.

- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.

1. Where are the orders produced and shipped from?

At Mestix, each product is made on demand and shipped from the fulfillment center closest to your location.
We work with trusted partners in the United States, Canada, the UK, and across Europe (including Germany, Latvia, and Spain).
Whenever possible, we produce and ship within the same country for faster and more efficient delivery.

We use an on-demand production model, meaning each item is made especially for you after your order is placed.
